З 1 по 5 червня 2026 року представниці кафедри менеджменту та логістики (Юлія Ремига, Катерина Антоненко, Наталія Польова), а також кафедри економіки, фінансів та обліку (Ірина Крейдич, Людмила Соколенко) взяли участь у міжнародній онлайн-школі «LeadHER Summer School: Women in Higher Education», організованій Національним університетом біоресурсів і природокористування України спільно з Університетом Редінга (Велика Британія) за підтримки Британської Ради в межах програми Going Global Partnerships.

Протягом п’яти днів учасниці мали змогу долучитися до обговорення актуальних питань жіночого лідерства у вищій освіті, розвитку академічної кар’єри, формування особистого бренду, ефективних комунікаційних стратегій, мотивації та самопідтримки. Своїм досвідом і практичними напрацюваннями ділилися провідні українські та міжнародні експертки, представниці Британської Ради, Університету Редінга, НУБіП та інших закладів вищої освіти.

Участь у таких міжнародних освітніх ініціативах сприяє професійному зростанню науково-педагогічних працівників, розвитку міжнародної академічної співпраці та впровадженню сучасних лідерських практик у діяльність університетської спільноти.

European University Representatives Take Part in the International LeadHER Summer School

From June 1 to 5, 2026, representatives of the Department of Management and Logistics — Yuliia REMYHA, Kateryna ANTONENKO, and Nataliia POLOVA — as well as the Department of Economics, Finance and Accounting — Iryna KREIDYCH and Liudmyla SOKOLENKO — took part in the international online school “LeadHER Summer School: Women in Higher Education.”

The programme was organised by the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine in cooperation with the University of Reading, United Kingdom, with the support of the British Council within the framework of the Going Global Partnerships programme.

During the five-day school, participants discussed key issues of women’s leadership in higher education, academic career development, personal branding, effective communication strategies, motivation, and self-support. Leading Ukrainian and international experts, representatives of the British Council, the University of Reading, NULES of Ukraine, and other higher education institutions shared their experience and practical insights.

Participation in such international educational initiatives contributes to the professional development of academic staff, strengthens international academic cooperation, and supports the implementation of modern leadership practices within the university community.
