05 червня 2026 року відбувся публічний захист дисертації аспіранта спеціальності 072 «Фінанси, банківська справа, страхування та фондовий ринок» Чигринця Сергія Вікторовича на тему «Фінансове забезпечення розвитку сільськогосподарських підприємств» (науковий керівник – Наталія Прокопенко, д.е.н., проф., проректор з трансформації та інституційного розвитку ПВНЗ «Європейський університет»).

Представлена дисертація вирізняється актуальністю теми, практичною спрямованістю та значним внеском у розвиток функціонування аграрного сектору України, з урахуванням воєнного стану, обмеженості власних фінансових ресурсів, високого рівня ризиків та фінансового забезпечення розвитку сільськогосподарських підприємств.

Захист відбувся у доброзичливій, але водночас вимогливій атмосфері фахового обговорення, що сприяло глибокій науковій дискусії. Члени спеціалізованої ради відзначили високий рівень наукової новизни та практичної значущості результатів дослідження.

Public Defense of a Dissertation on Financial Support for the Development of Agricultural Enterprises Held at European University

On June 5, 2026, a public defense of the dissertation by postgraduate student Serhii Chyhrynets, specialty 072 “Finance, Banking, Insurance and Stock Market,” was held at Private Higher Educational Establishment “European University.”

The dissertation, titled “Financial Support for the Development of Agricultural Enterprises,” was supervised by Nataliia Prokopenko, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor, Vice-Rector for Transformation and Institutional Development at European University.

The research is distinguished by the relevance of its topic, practical orientation, and significant contribution to the development of Ukraine’s agricultural sector, taking into account martial law, limited internal financial resources, high risks, and the need for effective financial support for agricultural enterprises.

The defense took place in a friendly yet demanding atmosphere of professional discussion, which contributed to a meaningful academic exchange. The members of the specialized council noted the high level of scientific novelty and practical significance of the research results.
