У межах Дня кар’єри (30.10)  студенти та аспіранти університету мали змогу познайомитися з представниками провідних українських і міжнародних компаній, дізнатися про сучасні вимоги ринку праці та перспективи професійного розвитку.

Подія об’єднала освітян, стейкхолдерів та роботодавців, які поділилися реальними кар’єрними шляхами, пропозиціями стажувань і практик. У програмі - виступи HR-фахівців, бізнес-гра, профорієнтаційне тестування та поради щодо створення ефективного портфоліо.

Особливу увагу на заході було приділено аспірантам-психологам, які мали можливість обговорити перспективи представлення власних дослідницьких проєктів, окреслити напрями професійної реалізації в галузі психологічного консультування, освіти та організаційної психології.

Гарант освітньо-наукової програми професор кафедри загальної та соціальної психології О.А. Блінов наголосив на важливості інтеграції академічної підготовки з практичними навичками, що відповідають сучасним вимогам ринку праці, та окреслив можливості розвитку кар’єрної траєкторії молодих науковців.

Захід став платформою для побудови дієвого партнерства між освітньою спільнотою, бізнесом і наукою, відкривши нові можливості для реалізації потенціалу майбутніх фахівців-психологів.

Career Day at European University: Building Bridges Between Education, Business, and Science

As part of Career Day (October 30), students and PhD candidates of European University had the opportunity to meet representatives of leading Ukrainian and international companies, learn about current labor market trends, and explore opportunities for professional growth.

The event brought together educators, stakeholders, and employers who shared real career stories, internship offers, and practical insights. The program included HR expert talks, a business simulation game, career testing, and portfolio-building advice.

Special attention was given to psychology PhD candidates, who discussed prospects for presenting their research projects and professional development in the fields of psychological counseling, education, and organizational psychology.

Professor Oleksandr Blinov, guarantor of the educational and scientific PhD program in Psychology, emphasized the importance of integrating academic preparation with practical skills that meet the current labor market needs. He also outlined career development opportunities for emerging researchers.

The event served as a platform for fostering effective partnerships between academia, business, and research, opening new opportunities for young professionals to unlock their potential and contribute to Ukraine’s sustainable development.
