14 березня в Україні відзначається День українського добровольця — свято, що увіковічує героїзм і самопожертву тих, хто за покликом серця став на захист Батьківщини. З нагоди цієї дати в рамках вивчення дисципліни «Захист України» у Фаховому бізнес-коледжі відбувся захід «Вони для нас виборюють життя», спрямований на вшанування добровольців.

Студенти переглянули документальний фільм про українських добровольців, який розповів про їхній шлях від перших днів війни до сьогодення, про випробування, які вони долали, та про незламність їхнього духу. Перегляд викликав глибокі емоції та спонукав до обговорення: багато студентів поділилися власними історіями про своїх рідних, які добровільно пішли боронити Україну. Ці розповіді стали особливо зворушливими, адже за кожною з них — доля конкретної людини, її вибір, відвага та любов до Батьківщини.

Завершився захід хвилиною мовчання, під час якої студенти вшанували пам’ять загиблих добровольців, які віддали свої життя за мирне майбутнє нашої країни.

Цей день став не лише даниною пам’яті, а й нагадуванням про те, що справжній патріотизм проявляється у вчинках. Адже завдяки добровольцям Україна продовжує боротися та вірити в перемогу.

Ukrainian Volunteer Day: honoring courage and dedication

On March 14, Ukraine celebrates the Day of the Ukrainian Volunteer, a holiday that perpetuates the heroism and sacrifice of those who, at the call of their hearts, stood up to defend their homeland. On the occasion of this date, as part of the course “Defense of Ukraine”, the Professional Business College held an event, “They Fight for Our Lives,” aimed at honoring volunteers.

The students watched a documentary about Ukrainian volunteers, which told about their journey from the first days of the war to the present, the trials they overcame, and the unbreakable spirit of their fighters. The screening aroused deep emotions and prompted a discussion: many students shared their own stories about their relatives who volunteered to defend Ukraine. These stories were incredibly touching because behind each is the fate of a particular person, his or her choice, courage, and love for the Motherland.

The event ended with a minute of silence, during which students honored the memory of the fallen volunteers who gave their lives for the peaceful future of our country.

This day was a tribute to their memory and a reminder that true patriotism is manifested in actions. Thanks to volunteers, Ukraine continues to fight and believe in victory.
