Аспіранти та магістри факультету економіки та менеджменту ПВНЗ «Європейський університет» мали унікальну можливість поспілкуватися з Президентом Асоціації українських банків Андрієм Богдановичем Дубасом на тему «Банківська система України під час війни».

Андрій Богданович не просто розповідав про цифри й факти - він поділився реаліями діяльності банків на початку війни, труднощами, які довелося подолати, і тим, як банківська система змогла адаптуватися до сьогодення. Це була жива розмова з реальними історіями, які команда Асоціації українських банків бачила й пережила власними очима.

Онлайн-зустріч була настільки насиченою, що стояла тиша, приклади, які були наведені, дозволили відчути, наскільки важливою є стійкість і професійність фінансової системи навіть у найважчі часи.

Окремо варто відзначити, що Андрій ДУБАС є головним стейкхолдером освітньо-професійної програми третього рівня D2 «Фінанси, банківська справа, страхування та фондовий ринок». 

Аспіранти, які досліджують проблематику банківської системи, щиро висловили бажання мати його своїм науковим керівником, адже саме такий досвід і практичне бачення формують справжніх фахівців.

Graduate and Master’s Students of the Faculty of Economics and Management Meet with the President of the Association of Ukrainian Banks

Postgraduate and master’s students of the Faculty of Economics and Management at European University had a unique opportunity to engage in an online discussion with Andrii Bohdanovych Dubas, President of the Association of Ukrainian Banks, on the topic “The Banking System of Ukraine During the War.”

Mr. Dubas went beyond numbers and statistics — he shared the real-life challenges banks faced at the beginning of the war, the difficulties they had to overcome, and how the system adapted to today’s realities. It was an authentic conversation filled with real stories that the Association’s team had firsthand experience with.

The meeting was so engaging that the audience listened in complete silence. The examples presented clearly demonstrated the importance of resilience and professionalism within the financial system, even during the most challenging times.

It is also noteworthy that Andrii Dubas is the main stakeholder of the third-level educational and professional program D2 “Finance, Banking, Insurance, and the Stock Market.” Postgraduate students researching banking system issues expressed a genuine wish to have him as their academic supervisor, recognizing that such expertise and practical insight are what shape true professionals.
