Завідувачка кафедри практичної та клінічної психології Дроботько Ірина Дмитрівна успішно пройшла міжнародне наукове стажування в межах Міжнародної програми FP&NL «Нобелівські Лауреати: Вивчення досвіду та професійних досягнень для формування успішної особистості та трансформації оточуючого світу».

Стажування відбулося під егідою International Historical Biographical Institute (Dubai – New York – Rome – Burgas – Jerusalem – Beijing) у рамках Міжнародного наукового проєкту «East–West». За результатами участі Ірина Дмитрівна отримала Міжнародний науковий грант №IEG/U/26/01/12 та міжнародний сертифікат (№39 019 від 10 лютого 2026 року), що підтверджує проходження 180 годин (6 кредитів ECTS) змістового навчання у період з 10 грудня 2025 року по 10 лютого 2026 року.

Програма є однією з найбільш масштабних міжнародних ініціатив у сфері підвищення кваліфікації науково-педагогічних працівників та відповідає вимогам МОН України щодо міжнародного досвіду викладацьких кадрів. Сертифікат враховується при акредитації освітніх програм та підтверджує присвоєння кваліфікації «International Lecturer / Senior Researcher» («Міжнародний викладач / Старший дослідник»).

Участь у програмі сприяла розширенню міжнародної академічної співпраці кафедри, підвищенню наукового авторитету та інтеграції у європейський і світовий освітній простір. Отримані компетентності та міжнародний досвід будуть впроваджені у навчальний процес, науково-дослідну роботу та підготовку здобувачів вищої освіти за спеціальністю «Психологія».

Head of the Department of Practical and Clinical Psychology, Iryna Drobotko, successfully completed an international scientific internship within the framework of the FP&NL International Program “Nobel Laureates: Studying Experience and Professional Achievements for Building a Successful Personality and Transforming the World Around Us.”

The internship was held under the auspices of the International Historical Biographical Institute (Dubai – New York – Rome – Burgas – Jerusalem – Beijing) as part of the international scientific project “East–West.”

As a result of participation, Iryna Drobotko received an International Scientific Grant №IEG/U/26/01/12 and an international certificate (№39 019 dated February 10, 2026), confirming completion of 180 hours (6 ECTS credits) of academic training during the period from December 10, 2025 to February 10, 2026.

The program is one of the largest international initiatives aimed at professional development for academic and research staff and meets the requirements of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine regarding international experience of teaching personnel. The certificate is recognized during educational program accreditation and confirms the qualification “International Lecturer / Senior Researcher.”

Participation in the program contributed to expanding international academic cooperation of the department, strengthening its scientific reputation, and further integration into the European and global educational space. The acquired competencies and international experience will be implemented in teaching, research activities, and the training of higher education students in Psychology.
