На факультеті психології та соціальних технологій відбулася робоча зустріч гаранта освітньо-наукової програми «Психологія» - проф.Блінова О.А. зі здобувачами третього (освітньо-наукового) рівня вищої освіти - аспірантами-психологами.

Під час зустрічі основну увагу було приділено реалізації права аспірантів на вибіркові освітні компоненти, особливостям формування індивідуальної освітньої траєкторії та процедурі обрання дисциплін відповідно до чинної освітньо-наукової програми.

Окремим блоком обговорювалися можливості внесення змін та актуалізації освітньо-наукової програми «Психологія» з урахуванням наукових інтересів здобувачів, сучасних тенденцій розвитку психологічної науки та практики, а також потреб підготовки докторів філософії. Аспіранти мали можливість висловити власні пропозиції щодо змісту освітніх компонентів, логіки їх побудови та доцільності впровадження нових дисциплін.

Зустріч пройшла у форматі відкритого професійного діалогу, що сприяло активному залученню аспірантів до процесів удосконалення освітньо-наукової програми та підвищенню прозорості прийняття програмних рішень.

Такі зустрічі є важливою складовою розвитку культури академічного партнерства та забезпечення якості підготовки здобувачів третього (освітньо-наукового) рівня вищої освіти за спеціальністю С4 «Психологія».

A Working Meeting with PhD Psychology Students Held at the Faculty of Psychology and Social Technologies

At the Faculty of Psychology and Social Technologies, a working meeting was held between the guarantor of the Educational and Scientific Program “Psychology,” Prof. Olena A. Blinova, and students of the third (educational and scientific) level of higher education — PhD candidates in Psychology.

During the meeting, primary attention was given to the implementation of PhD students’ right to choose elective educational components, the specifics of forming individual educational trajectories, and the procedure for selecting courses in accordance with the current academic and scientific program.

A separate part of the discussion focused on opportunities to revise and update the Educational and Scientific Program “Psychology,” taking into account the research interests of PhD candidates, current trends in psychological science and practice, and the requirements of PhD training. Doctoral students had the opportunity to propose changes to the content of educational components, their structure, and the introduction of new disciplines.

The meeting was held in an open professional dialogue format, encouraging active involvement of PhD students in improving the educational and scientific program and increasing transparency in program-related decision-making.

Such meetings are essential to developing a culture of academic partnership and ensuring the quality of PhD training in specialty C4, “Psychology.”
