Протягом останнього тижня завідувач кафедри менеджменту та логістики Юлія Ремига та завідувач кафедри економіки, фінансів та обліку Денис Щербатих взяли участь у низці важливих освітніх і професійних активностей, спрямованих на підвищення кваліфікації та розвиток сучасних управлінських компетентностей.

У межах програми професійного розвитку викладачі успішно опанували:

- Workshop "Training and Mentoring Entrepreneurship in Higher Education" — практичний захід, присвячений тренінгу та менторингу підприємництва у закладах вищої освіти;

- участь у бізнес-форумі "Наука-Бізнес-Освіта: стратегічне партнерство", де презентувалися сучасні тренди взаємодії між науковою спільнотою, бізнесом та освітнім середовищем;

- курс підвищення кваліфікації "Резильєнтність під час війни", спрямований на формування навичок управління, стійкості та адаптивності в умовах кризових викликів.

Отримані знання та сертифікати сприятимуть подальшому розвитку освітніх програм університету, посиленню співпраці з бізнесом та впровадженню сучасних підходів у навчальний процес.

Європейський університет і надалі підтримує професійне зростання своїх викладачів, адже якісна освіта починається з постійного розвитку педагогів.

Over the past week, the Head of the Department of Management and Logistics, Yulia Remyha, and the Head of the Department of Economics, Finance, and Accounting, Denys Shcherbatykh, took part in a series of significant educational and professional activities aimed at enhancing qualifications and developing modern managerial competencies.

Within the framework of the professional development program, the lecturers completed:

• Workshop “Training and Mentoring Entrepreneurship in Higher Education” — a practical event dedicated to approaches in training and mentoring entrepreneurship within higher education institutions;

• Participation in the business forum “Science–Business–Education: Strategic Partnership”, which highlighted current trends in cooperation between academia, the business sector, and the educational environment;

• Advanced training course “Resilience During War”, focused on developing leadership skills, adaptability, and psychological resilience in conditions of crisis.

The acquired knowledge and certificates will contribute to the further advancement of the University’s educational programs, strengthen cooperation with businesses, and implement modern approaches to the learning process.
