3 червня 2025 року студенти факультету інформаційних систем та технологій Європейського університету під керівництвом декана факультету Ярового Р.О., завідувача кафедри Скляренко О.В. та кураторів груп Колодінської Я.О., Левченка С.В., Фролова І.М. відвідали київський офіс однієї з провідних ІТ-компаній України — SoftServe.

У межах пізнавального офіс-туру представники компанії ознайомили студентів з особливостями організації робочих процесів з розробки програмного забезпечення в SoftServe, продемонстрували сучасні офісні простори, розповіли про гнучкі графіки роботи, принципи командної взаємодії та вимоги до відбору і підготовки ІТ-фахівців.

Особливу зацікавленість викликала інформація про найбільш затребувані напрямки ІТ-професії, а також про академію SoftServe, яка надає можливість проходити навчання та стажування з подальшим працевлаштуванням. Також студенти дізналися про формати співпраці компанії з навчальними закладами, що відкриває нові перспективи для їхнього професійного розвитку та розширює можливості майбутньої роботи в ІТ-галузі.

On June 3, 2025, students of the Faculty of Information Systems and Technologies of European University, guided by Dean R.O. Yarovyi, Head of Department O.V. Sklyarenko, and group mentors Y.O. Kolodinska, S.V. Levchenko, and I.M. Frolov, visited the Kyiv office of one of Ukraine’s leading IT companies — SoftServe.

As part of the educational office tour, company representatives introduced students to the organization of software development processes at SoftServe, showcasing modern office spaces and explaining flexible work schedules, team interaction principles, and key requirements for IT specialists’ selection and training.

Particular interest was sparked by information about the most in-demand IT career paths and the SoftServe Academy, which provides training and internship opportunities leading to potential employment. Students also learned about various collaboration formats between SoftServe and educational institutions, opening up new opportunities for professional development and career pathways in the tech industry.
