Студенти юридичного факультету Європейського університету скористалися унікальною можливість відвідати Верховний Суд - найвищий суд у системі судоустрою України.

У рамках екскурсії студенти ознайомилися з історією становлення та функціонування Верховного Суду, структурою судової системи та особливостями роботи суддів касаційних інстанцій. Студентам детально розповіли про повноваження Верховного Суду, порядок розгляду справ на касаційному рівні, принципи правосуддя та особливості судової реформи.

Особливу увагу було приділено практичним аспектам діяльності суду:
студенти дізналися, як формується склад судових палат,
як працює електронне судочинство,
а також змогли поставити запитання й отримати ґрунтовні відповіді від представників суду.

Такі візити не тільки розширюють знання, але й мотивують майбутніх правників до професійного зростання та усвідомлення важливості правової держави.

Law Students of European University Visit the Supreme Court of Ukraine

Students of the Faculty of Law at European University had the unique opportunity to visit the Supreme Court — the highest judicial authority within Ukraine’s court system.

During the tour, students learned about the history, structure, and functions of the Supreme Court, gaining insights into the judicial system and the specific work of cassation-level judges. They were introduced to the Court’s powers, the procedures for reviewing cases at the cassation level, principles of justice, and key aspects of judicial reform.

Special attention was given to the practical aspects of court operations:
how judicial panels are formed,
how e-justice systems function,
and students had the chance to ask questions and receive in-depth answers from court representatives.

Such visits not only expand students’ legal knowledge but also inspire future legal professionals, reinforcing the importance of the rule of law and the values of a democratic state.
