We are pleased to present the video recording of the lecture "Ukraine v. Russia: The Genocide Case at the International Court of Justice," delivered by Oleksandr Marusyak at the School of Law, European University, on December 21, 2022.

Oleksandr Marusyak is a Doctor of Law (Dr. jur.), Associate Professor at European University, Legal Advisor at the Center for Political and Legal Reforms, and a member of the Ukrainian Bar Association.

During the lecture, Oleksandr Marusyak discussed Ukraine's lawsuit against Russia at the International Court of Justice in 2022, the latest decisions of the Court, and the prospects of the case.
