Завідувач кафедри економіки, фінансів та обліку Денис Щербатих успішно завершив мікрокваліфікаційний курс “Digitalization of Financial Monitoring: Modern Technologies, Innovations, and Prospects for Transparent Development”, що реалізовувався в межах європейського проєкту EURIDICE за співфінансування Європейського Союзу.

Навчання тривало з 17 жовтня по 19 грудня 2025 року та проходило повністю в онлайн-форматі. Програма обсягом 90 годин (3 кредити ECTS) відповідала 7 рівню Європейської рамки кваліфікацій (EQF) та була спрямована на формування сучасних компетентностей у сфері фінансового моніторингу в умовах цифровізації.

У межах курсу учасники опановували:

• ключові міжнародні стандарти та принципи фінансового моніторингу;

• застосування цифрових інструментів і регуляторних підходів у банківському та фінансовому секторі;

• аналіз ризиків, пов’язаних із цифровізацією, зокрема у сфері кібербезпеки та захисту даних;

• розробку рішень для підвищення прозорості, підзвітності та стійкості фінансових систем.

Сертифікат виданий Навчально-науковим інститутом «Каразінський банківський інститут» Харківського національного університету імені В.Н.Каразіна та підтверджує високий рівень підготовки у сфері сучасного фінансового моніторингу.

Отримані результати сприятимуть подальшому впровадженню європейських практик прозорості та інновацій у науковій і освітній діяльності.

Denys Shcherbatykh, Head of the Department of Economics, Finance and Accounting, Successfully Completed a Micro-Qualification Course within the EU-Funded EURIDICE Project

Denys Shcherbatykh, Head of the Department of Economics, Finance and Accounting, has successfully completed the micro-qualification course “Digitalization of Financial Monitoring: Modern Technologies, Innovations, and Prospects for Transparent Development”, delivered within the European EURIDICE project and co-funded by the European Union.

The training took place from October 17 to December 19, 2025, fully online. The program totaled 90 hours (3 ECTS credits), corresponded to Level 7 of the European Qualifications Framework (EQF), and aimed to develop up-to-date competencies in financial monitoring in the context of digital transformation.

During the course, participants studied:

• key international standards and principles of financial monitoring;

• the use of digital tools and regulatory approaches in the banking and financial sector;

• risk analysis related to digitalization, including cybersecurity and data protection;

• solutions to enhance transparency, accountability, and resilience of financial systems.

The certificate was issued by the Educational and Research Institute “Karazin Banking Institute” of V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, confirming a high level of expertise in modern financial monitoring.

The knowledge and skills gained will contribute to the further implementation of European transparency and innovation practices in research and educational activities.
