На кафедрі менеджменту та логістики відбулася робоча зустріч зі стейкхолдерами, присвячена обговоренню освітньо-наукової програми «Менеджмент» третього (освітньо-наукового) рівня вищої освіти – підготовки здобувачів ступеня доктора філософії зі спеціальності D3 «Менеджмент».

Метою заходу стало залучення партнерів до формування сучасного змісту підготовки аспірантів, обговорення актуальних вимог ринку праці, потреб бізнес-середовища та перспектив розвитку наукових досліджень у сфері менеджменту.

 

Серед стейкхолдерів, які висловили пропозиції, були:

• Хаустова Є.Б. – д.е.н., проф., професорка кафедри смарт-економіки Київського національного університету технологій та дизайну;

• Левченко О.М. – д.е.н., проф., завідувач кафедри менеджменту та підприємництва Центральноукраїнського державного університету імені Володимира Винниченка;

• Мамонтова Н.А. – д.е.н., проф., професорка кафедри фінансів та бізнесу Національного університету «Острозька академія»;

• Потапов В.Є. – директор з комерційних питань ТОВ «СОЛІПАУЕР», Голова Правління ГО «Європейська Асоціація Енергетиків України».

 

Під час зустрічі учасники поділилися досвідом, висловили пропозиції щодо удосконалення освітньо-наукової програми, а також окреслили напрями подальшої співпраці між університетом і стейкхолдерами.

 

Такі заходи сприяють підвищенню якості підготовки здобувачів вищої освіти, посиленню практичної спрямованості навчання та розвитку науково-освітнього потенціалу кафедри.

Meeting of the Department of Management and Logistics with Stakeholders

 

The Department of Management and Logistics held a working meeting with stakeholders to discuss the educational and scientific program “Management” at the third (academic and scientific) level of higher education – specifically, the preparation of PhD students in the specialty D3 Management.

 

The purpose of the event was to involve partners in shaping the modern content of postgraduate training, to discuss current labor market requirements, business environment needs, and prospects for the development of scientific research in the field of management.

 

Among the stakeholders who shared their suggestions were:

• Ye. B. Khaustova – Doctor of Economics, Professor, Professor at the Department of Smart Economy, Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design;

• O. M. Levchenko – Doctor of Economics, Professor, Head of the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship, Volodymyr Vynnychenko Central Ukrainian State University;

• N. A. Mamontova – Doctor of Economics, Professor, Professor at the Department of Finance and Business, National University “Ostroh Academy”;

• V. Ye. Potapov – Commercial Director of SOLIPOWER LLC, Chairman of the Board of the NGO “European Association of Energy Specialists of Ukraine”.

 

During the meeting, participants shared their experiences, provided suggestions for improving the educational and scientific program, and outlined directions for further cooperation between the university and stakeholders.

 

Such events contribute to enhancing the quality of higher education training, strengthening the practical orientation of studies, and developing the department's scientific and educational potential.
