Представники Європейського університету долучилися до фахової дискусії «Професії майбутнього», організованої за ініціативи президента Спілки підприємців малих, середніх і приватизованих підприємств України Юрія Єханурова спільно з партнером Спілки — НТУУ «КПІ імені Ігоря Сікорського».

Від Європейського університету у заході взяли участь проректор з навчально-методичної роботи Сергій Ягодзінський, представники Центру кар’єрного розвитку Європейського університету, а також науковці Факультету економіки і менеджменту.

Захід відбувся у форматі відкритої дискусії за участю представників закладів вищої освіти, роботодавців і членів Спілки. Учасники обговорили ключові тенденції, що формують ринок праці майбутнього: розвиток штучного інтелекту, автоматизації, аналізу даних, біотехнологій, екологічних рішень, робототехніки та креативних індустрій.

Під час обговорення було наголошено, що професії майбутнього дедалі частіше виникають на перетині різних сфер — технологій, медицини, екології, інженерії, управління та творчого мислення. Серед перспективних напрямів виокремили AI та Data Science, кібербезпеку, біоінформатику, робототехніку, відновлювану енергетику, урбаністику та нові формати підприємництва.

Окрему увагу приділили розвитку професійних навичок. Учасники підкреслили, що для успішної кар’єри майбутнім фахівцям необхідно не лише володіти сучасними технологічними інструментами, а й розвивати soft skills: гнучкість мислення, емоційний інтелект, здатність до навчання впродовж життя, комунікацію, креативність і вміння працювати з інструментами штучного інтелекту.

Участь у таких заходах посилює співпрацю Європейського університету з бізнесом, роботодавцями та освітніми партнерами, допомагає краще розуміти потреби сучасного ринку праці й готувати студентів до професій, які будуть затребуваними в найближчому майбутньому.

European University Representatives Took Part in the Professional Discussion “Professions of the Future”

Representatives of European University joined the professional discussion “Professions of the Future,” organized at the initiative of Yurii Yekhanurov, President of the Union of Entrepreneurs of Small, Medium-Sized and Privatized Enterprises of Ukraine, together with the Union’s partner — Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.

European University was represented at the event by Serhii Yahodzinskyi, Vice-Rector for Academic and Methodological Work, representatives of the Career Development Center of European University, and scholars of the Faculty of Economics and Management.

The event was held in the format of an open discussion with the participation of representatives of higher education institutions, employers, and members of the Union. Participants discussed key trends shaping the future labor market, including the development of artificial intelligence, automation, data analysis, biotechnology, environmental solutions, robotics, and creative industries.

During the discussion, it was emphasized that professions of the future are increasingly emerging at the intersection of different fields — technology, medicine, ecology, engineering, management, and creative thinking. Among the promising areas highlighted were AI and Data Science, cybersecurity, bioinformatics, robotics, renewable energy, urban studies, and new forms of entrepreneurship.

Special attention was given to the development of professional skills. Participants stressed that for a successful future career, specialists need not only to master modern technological tools, but also to develop soft skills: flexible thinking, emotional intelligence, lifelong learning, communication, creativity, and the ability to work with artificial intelligence tools.

Participation in such events strengthens European University’s cooperation with business, employers, and educational partners, helps better understand the needs of the modern labor market, and supports the preparation of students for professions that will be in demand in the near future.
