International educational activity of the European University is aimed at ensuring its cooperation with the foreign university community, facilitating the processes of European integration, forming mechanisms of educational mobility, holding international scientific conferences, other academic events, providing educational services to foreigners.

For this purpose, an International Educational and Training Center was established at the European University in 2008. 

The European University has considerable experience in the education and training of international students, known for its achievements in the creation of new educational training programs integrated with European standards.

More than 50 international cooperation agreements have been concluded which have facilitated fruitful contacts with Poland, Hungary, the United Kingdom, the Islamic Republic of Iran, Turkey, the State of Libya, Georgia, and Azerbaijan.  During this time, almost 5,000 foreigners were educated at the European University.

Today, foreign students from 20 countries study at the university.
