Iryna Hryhorivna Petrova – PhD in Law, Associate Professor at the Department of Law, European University, mediator, notary, conflictologist, certified trainer, Head of the Mediation Center of the Notarial Chamber of Ukraine, member of the Association of Family Mediators, member of NGO “Women in Business”, member of the Board of Notaries in Kyiv, author of numerous professional publications, participant in international conferences, co-author of methodological recommendations for family mediators. Her teaching combines a strong theoretical foundation with the practical skills needed for those wishing to clearly understand how to become a mediator and start practicing in the field.
Iryna Dmytrivna Drobotko – PhD in Psychology, Head of the Department of Practical Psychology and Social Technologies, European University; psychologist, author of scientific works on conflict resolution, anxiety management, social-emotional skills development, and psychological resilience; active organizer and participant in educational, scientific, and cultural projects; initiator and coordinator of collaborations with academic institutions, institutes, inclusive resource centers, scientific organizations, and charitable foundations; member of the Ukrainian Psychological Association. Her work includes preparing psychologists and psychotherapists to work in crises, family and group counseling, and applying innovative approaches to conflict resolution and emotional intelligence development.
Nataliia Vasylivna Ovsiienko – PhD in Economics, Associate Professor, Head of the Marketing Department, European University; experienced marketing and business practitioner with over 15 years of work in international and local companies, over 15 years of teaching experience, expert in marketing strategies, branding, and business development; active researcher of modern economic trends and innovative marketing technologies. Specializes in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies, consumer behavior analysis, digital marketing, and international trade—participant in professional conferences, seminars, and training in marketing, economics, and business education.
