Olena Ivanivna Tymoshenko

 Doctor of Philosophy, Associate Professor, Honored Worker of Education of Ukraine

Olena Tymoshenko was born in Lviv. 1980, she graduated from the Faculty of History at Zaporizhzhia State Pedagogical Institute. In 2013, she defended her dissertation for the Doctor of Philosophy degree in the field of Philosophy of Education.

Since 1991, she has been a co-founder and Vice-Rector of the European University. In 2002, she became the Director of the Educational and Research Institute of Law and Business Security at the European University. Tymoshenko has been actively involved in developing practical and theoretical issues related to business security.

One of her notable achievements was the introduction of the pedagogical system of continuous education, which included the "Euroland" preschool and academy at the European University.

Since 2021, Olena Tymoshenko has been the European University's Rector.

She is the author of educational books such as "History of Ukraine in Questions and Answers," "Organizational and Legal Fundamentals of Information Protection with Restricted Access," "Ethics and Etiquette in Modern Business – A Guarantee of Economic Security," "Countering Raiding," "Philosophy as a Methodology for Developing and Implementing Advanced Pedagogical Technologies," and numerous articles in both pedagogical and legal journals. She has published over 70 scientific works.

Tymoshenko organizes the annual conference "Security Creation: Theory, Practice, and Legal Aspects" and edits the annual international scientific and practical conference "Current Issues in Cybersecurity and Information Protection."

She has received multiple honors, including the Honored Worker of Education of Ukraine badge, the "For the Development of Education" award, Honorary Letters from the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and Kyiv City Mayor, the Vasyl Sukhomlynskyi medal, and several other prestigious awards and orders.

Maxym Oleksandrovych Tymoshenko

 Doctor of Law, Professor

Maxym Tymoshenko is an expert of the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance and a member of the specialized dissertation defense council. He has worked in higher education since 2008, graduating from the European University. In 2011, he defended his candidate thesis on the legal regulation of business activities in private higher educational institutions.

In 2021, he defended his doctoral thesis on "Legal Regulation of Business Activities in Higher Education Institutions: Theory and Practice". He is the author of three monographs and more than 50 scientific works.

Tymoshenko has been involved in significant legislative activities, including preparing the Law of Ukraine on Education and contributing to the Law of Ukraine on Higher Education amendments.

He has been awarded several state honors, including the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine Award for his contributions to state legal policy and the Order of Saints Cyril and Methodius.

Andriy Oleksandrovych Tymoshenko

Doctor of Economic Sciences

Andriy Tymoshenko was born on July 5, 1989, in Kyiv. He graduated from the European University in 2011 and later earned his doctoral degree in Economics, specializing in fiscal policy, in 2019. He has over 60 scientific publications, including four in Scopus and Web of Science journals.

Tymoshenko has been a member of the European University since 2011, serving in various leadership positions, including Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Management and Director of the Planning and Financial Department. He became the Vice-Rector for Financial and Economic Issues in 2019.

Serhiy Mykolayovych Yahodynskyi

 Doctor of Philosophy, Professor

Serhiy Yahodynskyi has worked in higher education for over 20 years. He is an expert in social philosophy and the history of philosophy and has authored nearly 200 works. Yahodynskyi defended his doctoral dissertation on "Social and Cultural Potential of Global Information Networks" in 2016 and became a professor in 2018.

He is involved in various academic bodies, including specialized dissertation defense councils and editorial boards of scientific journals. Yahodynskyi has been awarded the Honorary Diploma of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine and several other academic awards.

Yuriy Fedorovych Hudz

  Doctor of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor, Honored Worker of Education of Ukraine

Yuriy Hudz is an expert in information systems in management and entrepreneurship. He graduated from Lviv State University in 1996 and completed his doctoral studies in 2017, earning a Doctor of Economic Sciences degree.

He has received various state honors, including the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine's Honorary Diploma and the Honored Worker of Education of Ukraine badge.
