Required documents for admission

Educational and Professional Degree “Professional Junior Bachelor”

Copy of a state-issued document of previously obtained educational (educational-qualification) level, based on which admission is carried out, and its supplement (certificate of basic secondary education, certificate of complete secondary education, diploma of a qualified worker or junior specialist);
Copy of an identity document and proof of citizenship; extract from the Unified State Demographic Register;
Copy of the taxpayer identification number (TIN);
Four color photos (3×4 cm);
Military ID or registration certificate – for those subject to military service.

Bachelor’s Degree

Identity document and proof of citizenship (by Article 5 of the Law of Ukraine “On Citizenship of Ukraine”);
Passport; extract from the Unified State Demographic Register;
Taxpayer identification number (TIN);
Military ID or registration certificate – for those subject to military service;
Original state-issued document of previously obtained educational (educational-qualification) level and its supplement (certificate of complete secondary education or diploma of junior specialist);
Certificate (2020 or 2021) of the relevant level of External Independent Testing or National Multi-Subject Test (2022 or 2023);
Documents confirming the applicant’s right to participate in the competition based on entrance exams, admission by interview, or admission outside the competition;
In case of discrepancies in the surname in the submitted documents, copies of supporting documents must be provided.

Master’s Degree

Applicants submit to the Admissions Committee copies and originals of the following documents:

Identity document and proof of citizenship (passport, residence permit (temporary or permanent), temporary certificate issued during passport processing);
Taxpayer identification number (TIN);
Military ID or registration certificate – for those subject to military service;
Original state-issued document of previously obtained educational (educational-qualification) level and its supplement (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Specialist’s diploma);
Results of the Unified Entrance Exam (UEE) and Unified Professional Entrance Test (UPET) for 2023.
