The Career Development Center is a space that brings together education, business and society.

Its mission is to support the development of competitive, professionally competent graduates who not only acquire quality education but also gain practical experience, develop professional skills and consciously build their career paths.

From Education to Professional Development

The Center provides comprehensive support to students from their first year of study through to employment.

As part of their individual educational pathways, students have access to opportunities for:

• internships and practical training;
• professional development and career awareness;
• CV and cover letter preparation;
• developing self-presentation and interview skills;
• building a professional portfolio;
• direct interaction with employers.

We complement students’ educational pathways with career tracks, helping them make a smooth transition from academic studies to professional activity.

Education and Practice in One Environment

The European University consistently promotes the principle “Learn by Working!”, combining academic knowledge with practical experience.

Students who wish to begin their professional careers while studying can take advantage of opportunities based on the principle “Work while Learning!”

The Center maintains a database of current internships, practical training opportunities and vacancies, while strengthening cooperation with employers and professional communities.

Professional Environment and Partnerships

The Career Development Center organizes Career Days, job fairs, career workshops, training sessions, master classes, meetings with employers and company visits.

Students also participate in professional events organized with partners, including JOB EXPO, career festivals and other initiatives.

The Center’s partners include recruitment platforms, professional associations and unions, as well as more than 50 companies, organizations and institutions. An important part of this professional network consists of companies founded or led by graduates of the European University.
