Нещодавно в стінах нашого університету відбулося яскраве та веселе святкування «Андріївських вечорниць», організоване педагогом-організатором Андрієм Тарабульським за підтримки студентської ради. Захід пройшов одночасно у двох корпусах, об’єднавши студентів і викладачів у атмосфері народного гумору, старовинних обрядів та українських традицій.

Найцікавіші моменти святкування:

1. Обряд «Кусання калити» 
   Веселий конкурс, де учасники випробовували свою витримку, намагаючись відкусити шматочок калити, що висіла високо. Жарти та підбадьорювання зробили цей обряд справжнім хітом вечора.
2. Гадання на чоботах
   Дівчата й хлопці кидали чоботи через плече, щоб дізнатися, де на них чекає їхня доля. Напрямок носка викликав хвилю сміху та несподіваних коментарів.
3. Конкурс «Танець із вінком»
   Учасники передавали вінок один одному під музику, а коли музика зупинялася, той, у кого залишався вінок, мав заспівати або станцювати. Це додало святу імпровізації та багато позитиву.
4. Запальні танці та конкурси
   Завершенням свята став гопак, який зібрав усіх у спільне коло. Традиційні українські танці й пісні об’єднали учасників, а атмосфера свята залишила незабутні враження.

Свято не лише подарувало гарний настрій, а й дало змогу ближче познайомитися з українською культурою. Студенти та викладачі отримали заряд позитивних емоцій, поглибили свої знання про народні традиції та створили теплі спогади, які надовго залишаться у їхніх серцях.

Дякуємо організаторам та учасникам за чудовий захід! Андріївські вечорниці довели, що українські традиції можуть бути не лише цікавими, а й надзвичайно веселими.

Andriyivski Vechornytsi at the University: Ukrainian Traditions Revived in a New Format

Recently, our university hosted a vibrant and joyful celebration of "Andriyivski Vechornytsi," organized by event coordinator Andriy Tarabulsky with the support of the Student Council. The event co-occurred in two university buildings, bringing together students and faculty in an atmosphere filled with folk humor, ancient rituals, and Ukrainian traditions.

Highlights of the Celebration:

1. The Ritual of "Kusannya Kalytа"
   It was a fun contest in which participants tested their resilience by trying to bite off a piece of "kalytа" (a traditional Ukrainian bread) suspended high above them. Jokes and cheers made this ritual a true hit of the evening.
2. Boot Fortune-Telling
   Girls and boys tossed boots over their shoulders to predict where their fate might take them. The direction of the boot's toe sparked waves of laughter and unexpected comments.
3. The "Wreath Dance" Contest
   Participants passed a wreath to one another while music played. When the music stopped, the person left holding the wreath had to sing or dance. This added spontaneity and lots of positive energy to the celebration.
4. Energetic Dances and Contests
   The celebration concluded with a lively hopak dance, bringing everyone together in a circle. Traditional Ukrainian dances and songs united participants, leaving unforgettable impressions.

The event provided a great mood and an opportunity to learn more about Ukrainian culture. Students and faculty received a boost of positive emotions, deepened their understanding of folk traditions, and created warm memories that will stay with them for a long time.

A heartfelt thanks to the organizers and participants for a fantastic event! Andriyivski Vechornytsi proved that Ukrainian traditions can be fascinating and incredibly fun.
