17 червня учасники Глобального конгресу сталого розвитку 2025, що триває у місті Стамбул (Туреччина), розпочали роботу з визначної події - офіційної церемонії відкриття прямого ефіру рейтингу Times Higher Education Impact Rankings 2025.

Учасники заходу мали можливість долучитися до обговорення шести ключових напрямів Цілей сталого розвитку, серед яких - якісна освіта, гендерна рівність, гідна праця, інновації та партнерства для сталого розвитку.

У рамках конгресу відбулася зустріч української делегації з ректором Сумгаїтського державного університету (Азербайджан), професором Амінагой Сагідовим. Обговорено перспективи співпраці між університетами, які здійснюють підготовку фахівців у споріднених галузях — економіки, інформаційних технологій та психології. Спільність освітніх напрямів відкриває нові можливості для академічного обміну, реалізації спільних проєктів та програм подвійних дипломів.

Глобальний конгрес триває, об’єднуючи освітні спільноти світу довкола реалізації Цілей сталого розвитку.

Second day of the Global Sustainable Development Congress 2025

On 17 June, participants of the Global Sustainable Development Congress 2025, held in Istanbul (Turkey), began their work with a significant event —  the official unveiling of the Times Higher Education Impact Rankings 2025.

Participants had the opportunity to join the discussion of six key areas of the Sustainable Development Goals, including quality education, gender equality, decent work, innovation and partnerships for sustainable development.

As part of the congress Ukrainian delegation met with the rector of Sumgayit State University (Azerbaijan), Professor Aminaga Sahidov. They discussed the prospects for cooperation between universities that train specialists in related fields — economics, information technology and psychology. The commonality of educational areas opens up new opportunities for academic exchange, joint projects and double degree programmes.

The congress continues, bringing together the world's educational communities around the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals.
