27 листопада 2024 року в Національному транспортному університеті відбулася ІІ Міжнародна наукова конференція "Intelligent Transport Systems: Ecology, Safety, Quality, Comfort", яка об’єднала провідних науковців та експертів із різних країн для обговорення сучасних викликів у галузі транспорту, екології та сталого розвитку.

У роботі конференції взяли участь представники ПВНЗ «Європейський університет»: декан факультету економіки та менеджменту Амбер Артур Юрійович та декан факультету інформаційних систем та технологій Яровий Роман Олександрович.

На секції "Smart Cities and Sustainable Development" було представлено доповіді, які висвітлюють важливі аспекти розвитку сучасних міст:

• Амбер Артур Юрійович презентував доповідь на тему "Integral Approach to Assessing the Sustainable Urban Development of Kyiv", яка акцентувала увагу на інтегральному підході до оцінки сталого розвитку столиці з урахуванням економічних, соціальних та екологічних показників.

• Доповідь Ярового Романа Олександровича "Information Security in Smart City Systems: Challenges and Solutions" розкрила актуальні проблеми інформаційної безпеки у системах «розумного міста» та запропонувала шляхи їх вирішення.

Участь представників ПВНЗ «Європейський університет» у конференції є черговим свідченням активної позиції університету в міжнародному науковому просторі та його прагненням долучатися до вирішення актуальних питань сталого розвитку.

Representatives of the Private Higher Education Establishment "European University" Participated in the International Conference on Sustainable Development

On November 27, 2024, the II International Scientific Conference "Intelligent Transport Systems: Ecology, Safety, Quality, Comfort" was held at the National Transport University. The event brought together leading scientists and experts from various countries to discuss contemporary challenges in the fields of transport, ecology, and sustainable development.

Representatives of the Private Higher Education Establishment "European University" participated in the conference: Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Management, Arthur Amber, and Dean of the Faculty of Information Systems and Technologies, Roman Yarovyi.

During the session "Smart Cities and Sustainable Development", key presentations on the development of modern cities were delivered:

• Arthur Amber presented the report "Integral Approach to Assessing the Sustainable Urban Development of Kyiv", focusing on an integral approach to evaluating the sustainable development of the capital, taking into account economic, social, and environmental indicators.

• Roman Yarovyi delivered a presentation titled "Information Security in Smart City Systems: Challenges and Solutions", which addressed pressing issues of information security in smart city systems and proposed solutions to these challenges.

The participation of representatives from the Private Higher Education Establishment "European University" in the conference is yet another testament to the university's active role in the international scientific community and its commitment to addressing current issues of sustainable development.
