The Art Therapy Support Group for students is a safe and empathetic space where participants can:
• share their experiences;
• feel understood and accepted;
• learn self-regulation techniques;
• develop empathy and compassion.

Art becomes the primary medium of communication. It helps express what is difficult to put into words, release inner tension, and discover new personal resources.
